Please read these terms carefully before using Swiss Lab services

Welcome to Swiss Lab. These Terms & Conditions (Terms") govern your use of our diagnostic laboratory services, website, and mobile applications. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Swiss Lab's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all users of our diagnostic laboratory services, including those who book tests online, visit our facility, or use our home sample collection service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Swiss Lab provides diagnostic and pathology testing services including but not limited to blood tests, health checkup packages, and specialized medical diagnostics.

All tests are conducted using advanced laboratory technology and follow strict quality control standards.

We offer online booking, home sample collection, and digital report delivery services.

Test results are provided for medical reference purposes only and should be interpreted by qualified healthcare professionals.

3. Booking and Payment

Test bookings can be made through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service.

Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking or before sample collection.

We accept payments through various methods including cash, debit/credit cards, UPI, and digital wallets via Razorpay payment gateway.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

4. Payment Gateway

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a certified PCI DSS compliant payment gateway.

Swiss Lab does not store your card details or payment information on our servers.

All payment transactions are encrypted and secure.

In case of payment failures or transaction errors, please contact our support team within 24 hours.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Full refund will be provided if cancellation is made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment.

50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 2-24 hours before the appointment.

No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment or for no-shows.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

In case of test cancellation by Swiss Lab due to unavoidable circumstances, full refund will be provided.

6. Sample Collection

Patients must follow pre-test instructions provided for accurate test results (e.g., fasting requirements).

Valid ID proof may be required at the time of sample collection.

For home collection services, a trained phlebotomist will visit your address at the scheduled time.

Patients must ensure they are available at the given address during the scheduled time slot.

Rescheduling of home collection is subject to availability and must be requested at least 2 hours in advance.

7. Test Reports

Test reports will be delivered within the specified turnaround time for each test.

Reports can be accessed online through our website/app or collected physically from our facility.

Digital reports are password protected and can be downloaded using credentials provided via SMS/email.

Physical reports require valid ID proof for collection.

Reports are confidential and will only be shared with the patient or their authorized representative.

Swiss Lab is not responsible for any delay in report delivery due to technical issues, incomplete information, or external factors beyond our control.

8. Accuracy and Liability

Swiss Lab strives to provide accurate test results using advanced equipment and quality control measures.

However, test results may be affected by factors such as sample quality, patient preparation, and biological variations.

Swiss Lab is not liable for any medical decisions or treatments based on test results.

All test results should be reviewed and interpreted by qualified medical professionals.

In case of any discrepancy or doubt about test results, patients should consult their healthcare provider immediately.

Swiss Lab's liability is limited to the cost of the test in question and does not extend to consequential damages.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Patient information and test results are kept strictly confidential.

We comply with applicable data protection laws and maintain secure storage of all patient data.

Patient information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

10. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and complete information during booking and registration.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users must not misuse our services or engage in any fraudulent activities.

Any misuse of our platform or services may result in termination of access and legal action.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Swiss Lab's website and app, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Swiss Lab.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Test reports and patient data remain the property of the patient.

12. Modifications to Terms

Swiss Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Purnia, Bihar.

Both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
